Combining proven therapeutic approaches with the support of low-dose ketamine to help you heal more deeply.

When Traditional Therapy Isn't Enough

Some memories and patterns stay stuck — no matter how much work you've done in therapy. Most clients I meet are seeking healing from old wounds they have been carrying. Many clients feel they have done a lot of therapy work around some of these core issues without feeling a sense of resolution.

Awareness doesn’t always equal embodied relief. When Ketamine is included in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR®), access to healing can be explored with new connections, embodied symptom reduction, access to emotional states, and applying new insights to daily life.

Ketamine-Assisted EMDR® (KA-EMDR) offer a different path, helping your brain become more open to processing trauma, releasing old patterns, and building new ones.

What Is Ketamine-Assisted EMDR?

KA-EMDR pairs low-dose ketamine with EMDR therapy — a well-researched approach that helps the brain reprocess traumatic or upsetting memories that may be "stuck."

Ketamine is an FDA-approved, Schedule III medicine prescribed by a licensed medical provider that has been found to support healing from treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and trauma-related symptoms. It has a unique structure that increases availability of neurotransmitters connected to healing, growth, and new learning. EMDR is a psychotherapy designed to target upsetting memories and utilize the brain's natural healing process to support new insight. When combined in session, ketamine further supports the integration of new learning, symptom relief, and the loosening of default patterns that keep us feeling "stuck" — while the low dose keeps you awake, aware, and fully engaged in the therapeutic process.

  • Sessions last up to 90 minutes

  • Targets a specific memory during reprocessing alongside ketamine support

  • Uses tactile bilateral stimulation
