Alicia Rowley, LCPC, LMHC
Alicia is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has been providing therapy in some form since 2010, but she started her private practice in 2016 to further my passion for using EMDR therapy to treat trauma, substance use disorders, anxiety disorders, and attachment wounds. As an EMDRIA consultant, we also provide EMDR consultation and coaching to other therapists.
Erica Bench, LCPC, LMHC
Erica believes you have the power within yourself to change. Together we will tap into your strength, courage, and insight to achieve your goals. She often works with students and busy professionals-or anyone suffering from trauma, relationship issues, addictions, low self-esteem, depression, stress, and anxiety. Erica is an Approved Consultant in EMDR and is IFS trained.
